Business Case Coach

For over 20 years, both Sally and Ray Strackbein have been advising organizations – including for-profit, non-profit, and public sector – on all aspects of business case development. Each has both technical and management backgrounds, guiding organizations through automating manual processes as well as streamlining organizations to make them more efficient and resilient.

Ray Strackbein has both a Computer Science degree and an MBA from California State University.  In addition, he is certified as a PMP (Project Management Professional) and a CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Planner).

Ray Strackbein's background began in telecommunications and broadcasting before working for computer service companies planning and implementing streamlined business processes.  He also works as a contract trainer for Learning Tree International conducting courses such as:

Sally Strackbein began her career as a programmer for the Social Security Administration, eventually becoming Director of Administrative Computing for Occidental College in Los Angeles before becoming an independent consultant.
